The Adjacent Avoidance Effect and Circumvention Analysis of Mobile Communication Base Station Construction

摘要: 5G网络极大促进了当前移动通信技术的提升,在日常工作生活中,5G的应用对于推动我国智慧城市建设有着重要作用。然而在移动通信基站建设中,存在很多人为阻挠因素。本文主要介绍了移动通信基站邻避与邻避效应,详细论述当前邻避效应的特征,针对性提出五点重要措施,将协商民主作为当前矛盾冲突的解决途径。

Abstract: 5G Network has greatly promoted the promotion of current mobile communication technology. The application of 5 G in daily work and life plays an important role in promoting the construction of intelligent city in China. However, in the construction of mobile communication base station, there are many artificial obstruction factors. This paper mainly introduces the adjacent avoidance and adjacent avoidance effects of mobile communication base stations, discusses the characteristics of the current adjacent avoidance effects in detail, puts forward five important measures, and regards deliberative democracy as the solution to the current contradictions and conflicts.
