Intelligent Allocation Method of Control Position for Air Command Based on Air Traffic Controller Workload

摘要: 民航高质量发展需要配套的基础设施设备、技术过硬的人才队伍、空域资源的优化配置等,也需要对民航资源的 精细化管理,以达到可用资源的最优化利用。在空管资源精细化管理方面,需对扇区/管制区和管制员及管制单位设备资源进 行精细化管理。为保证管制运行安全,应合理配置对空指挥的各个席位,以达到对管制资源进行优化配置的目的。Abstract: The high-quality development of civil aviation needs supporting infrastructure and equipment, skilled talent team, optimal allocation of airspace resources, etc., as well as fine management of civil aviation resources, which has reached the optimal use of available resources. In the aspect of fine management of air traffic control system, it is necessary to carry out fine management of sector / control area, controller and equipment resources of control unit. In order to ensure the safety of control operation, each position of control position of air command should be reasonably allocated to achieve the purpose of optimal allocation of control resources.
