  • Electronic chart information system in the navigation of ships, mainly to provide a stable and safe route to ensure the safety and stability of ship navigation. But during the voyage of the ship, affected by adverse factors at sea, its safety and stability will decline, serious cases will lead to navigation accidents. This paper discusses the electronic chart information system, analyzed the specific application of electronic chart information system in ship navigation, researched the application benefits and development trend of electronic chart information system, hope to provide some reference for the safe and stable navigation of ships.
