Design and Implementation of Generation System of Text Adversarial Samples

摘要: 针对不良文本对抗样本的检测问题,我们设计并实现了一个对抗样本的生成系统。其具备针对文本的随机插入、换位、删除、同义词替换操作,实现了对文本情感词属性的控制。以IMDB数据集中的电影评价文本作为实验对象,实验结果证明系统的有效性,为后续对不良文本的扰动检测提供了知识支撑。

Abstract: We design and implement a generation system of text adversarial samples to detect illegal text. The system has ability of random insertion, position exchange, deletion and synonym replacement for text to control text’s emotional attributes. Based on IMDB dataset, the experiment shows that the system is valid and can provide the knowledge support for the detection of text adversarial samples.
