Research on Improving Innovation Ability of Professional Master in Communication, Navigation and Surveillance

摘要: :随着专业学位研究生(专硕)的扩招以及社会对高层次人才的需求,高校的人才培养模式需响应新时代发展。为满足 当代民航交通运输专业人才培养要求,贯彻教育部理念,对民航通信导航监视(CNS)方向专硕创新能力提升进行探讨,分析了目 前CNS方向专硕的培养现状及存在问题,结合民航发展特点和在校生实际情况,提出了针对课程体系、培养模式、科研平台和 评价体系等方面的创新能力提升策略,为民航储备高层次创新人才提供建议。Abstract: With the expansion of professional master (PM) and the society's demand for high-level talents, the talent training model of universities needs to respond to the development of the new era. In order to meet the requirements of contemporary civil aviation transportation professional personnel training, implement the concept of the Ministry of Education, discuss the improvement of the innovation ability of the civil aviation communication and navigation surveillance (CNS) direction, analyze the current status and existing problems of the training of the CNS direction, and combine the development of civil aviation. The characteristics and the actual situation of the students in the school put forward the innovation ability improvement strategy for the curriculum system, training model, scientific research platform and evaluation system, etc., to provide suggestions for the civil aviation reserve high-level innovative talents.
