Abstract: As the main platform for scientific research institutions to collect and manage achievements, institutional repository has been rapidly established and developed in scientific research institutes in recent years. Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Information Research (hereinafter referred to as "Information Institute") has formed a relatively complete scientific research management system suitable for the units. However, with the passing of years, the completion of projects or the transfer of personnel and other reasons, the historical information materials are scattered, omitted and damaged. In this paper combined with the requirements of electronic and visualization in the scientific research process of the Institute, a small knowledge platform model is established to solve the problems of scientific research project management, research report access and so on.
