Application of Cloud Computing Based on PaaS Platform in Seismic Business System

  • The current business methods of our center mainly include mobile seismic monitoring, seismic observation, seismic detection, etc. With the continuous increase of seismic business, seismic scientist and technicians often face the construction of various seismic business systems. In this process, the following problems are often encountered: low efficiency in building business systems, high thresholds for building business software, difficulty in migrating business systems, and difficulty to separate seismic business personnel from operation and maintenance personnel. In this paper, we introduce the cloud computing based on PaaS platform, and adopt the Docker architecture platform. According to the characteristics of earthquake-related business, we demonstrate the business software customization process, and builds our own cloud computing PaaS service platform for the earthquake business system. Such system may enhance the performance, and provide constructive opinions and expand model research abilities for the seismic data center. Using this method can better optimize the production environment and service mode of the seismic data center, and improve the work efficiency of seismic scientists.
