Design of Absolute Encoder Interface Circuit Based on Beaglebone Black

  • In order to improve the resolution and measurement accuracy of absolute encoder without increasing volume and weight, the interface circuit of absolute encoder is studied and designed. Among them, Beaglebone black based on AM3358 processor is selected as the Linux embedded development platform, the system control is unified in the open source framework of Python language, and the control signal is sent by the communication mode of SSI protocol, so as to detect the basic performance of absolute encoder. Through the test experiment, it is proved that the design scheme of the interface circuit of the absolute value encoder is feasible and has reliable measurement accuracy and resolution of the absolute value encoder.
