Abstract:
In order to improve the resolution and measurement accuracy of absolute encoder without increasing volume and weight, the interface circuit of absolute encoder is studied and designed. Among them, Beaglebone black based on AM3358 processor is selected as the Linux embedded development platform, the system control is unified in the open source framework of Python language, and the control signal is sent by the communication mode of SSI protocol, so as to detect the basic performance of absolute encoder. Through the test experiment, it is proved that the design scheme of the interface circuit of the absolute value encoder is feasible and has reliable measurement accuracy and resolution of the absolute value encoder.

Due to the small space, dark and closed inside the pipeline,the internal communication of the pipeline is prone to interference.Taking the pipeline robot communication as the research direction,the applicability of wired communication and wireless communication to pipeline machine is studied. This paper analyzes the interference and attenuation of wired communication, analyzes the interference of wireless communication, builds an experimental platform to complete the test of pipeline robot communication system, and provides theoretical basis for the selection of pipeline robot communication technology.

Abstract:
In this paper,it designs and implements a test system of analog signal based on remote communication with a spectrum analyzer. On the one hand, the test system controls the embedded equipment to generate the required analog signal which is then transmitted to the spectrum analyzer through the host computer. On the other hand, through the friendly interface designed by VC software, it can flexibly control the communication with the spectrum analyzer, obtain the data of the spectrum instrument for storage and analysis so as to quantitatively evaluate and test the input analog signal. The test results show that the test system can set the parameters of spectrum analyzer through remote communication, from which it acquires and analyzes the data so as to quantitatively analyze and test the input analog signal.

Aiming at the problem of large amount of alarms in mobile communication network and the uncertain correlation between alarms, this paper proposes an association rule algorithm based on FP growth algorithm, which uses dynamic time window to extract alarm transactions according to the start and end time of alarms, and adds weights to alarm transactions according to alarm levels, so as to improve the maintenance efficiency. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional methods, this method has a certain improvement in the execution time and the rule extraction effect.

Process net is a kind of net structure defined by Petri net and process algebra, which is used to model concurrent asynchronous system. The refinement of process network is a modeling process of replacing simple high-level structure with complex structure to support top-down refinement step by step. Five refinement rules of process network are defined: subnet refinement, synchronous refinement, selection refinement, cycle refinement and communication refinement. A tool supporting process network modeling and refinement is implemented. The detailed operation of process network can reflect the hierarchical relationship of the model, which is helpful to the analysis of system model.

The purpose of this paper is to design a method of pathological image segmentation, which can solve the problem of recognition and segmentation of conglutinated and partially overlapped objects on the background of complex texture in pathological image.In this paper a mixed probabilistic graphical model was constructed which is suitable for pathological image segmentation. By using undirected graph and directed graph, this paper built statistical models of the probability dependence of nuclear position, contour on region and edge information, and also researched the parameter estimation method in the graphical model, designed and implemented the pathological image segmentation algorithm based on the probabilistic graphical model. The experiment shows this method improves the accuracy of recognition of nuclei in pathological images.

Abstract:
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of MEMS accelerometers, a stochastic error compensation method based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is adopted. In this paper the accelerometer signal is decomposed into intrinsic mode function (IMFs) and a residual component by EMD algorithm, and IMF is divided into three categories: noise dominant component, signal/noise mixed component and signal dominant component; noise reduction of signal/noise mixed component is realized by threshold processing, the signal/noise mixed component after noise reduction and the dominant component of the signal are reconstructed to obtain the accelerometer signal after noise reduction. It is proved that the algorithm can effectively improve the measuring accuracy of the accelerometer through the verification of dynamic data and static data acquisition.

Abstract:
Target detection is a hot research direction in the field of computer vision, and traffic sign recognition has an important application in automatic driving. However, the detection accuracy of small targets in complex scenes is not high. To solve this problem, an improved algorithm based on YOLOv3 is proposed. By modifying the appropriate anchor size, Image Mixup is used to enlarge the image and increase the number of positive samples in the prediction box; Resnet50-d is used to enhance the ability of feature extraction; three scale feature maps are output from the network structure, and the feature maps are fused across scales by upsampling. The improved algorithm is compared with the source algorithm on the dataset. The results show that the improved algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of target detection.

Abstract:
The task of semantic segmentation is to classify each pixel of a given picture, in order to solve the problem that the accuracy of semantic segmentation will drop sharply when the number of classes increases sharply or the characteristics of classes change frequently. This research proposes to divide the pixel classification task into different subtasks according to the classification difficulty. The specific work is divided into two parts: training a neural network for each subtask and training an integrated neural network. Divide the number of difficulty levels according to the number of image pixels. By training the neural network for each different difficulty level, the probability map of each subtask can be obtained, and then the integrated network can be trained through these probability maps. In the experimental part, this research divides the 11 categories on the data set into three categories: easy, medium, and difficult for training. The average IoU is used on the CamVid data set to measure the accuracy of semantic segmentation of this method. The experimental results show that this research method has a 2% improvement in the average IoU of various types compared with the single U-net compared with the traditional method. Especially in the three categories of fences, sidewalks, and cyclists, there is an increase of more than 5%.

Most of the YOLOv3 target detection models use non maximum suppression algorithm when determining the candidate region. This kind of algorithm may have the problem of repeated detection in multi-target detection task. Aiming at this problem, this paper optimizes the soft NMS algorithm studied by predecessors and proposes I-NMS algorithm. The algorithm is applied to YOLOv3 algorithm for modeling, and the experimental results show that the algorithm is effective I-NMS algorithm is helpful to solve the problem of duplicate detection in yolov3 algorithm.

The horn antenna is an antenna with a relatively simple structure. Its bandwidth can be very wide, and has good fidelity in the time domain. When the operating frequency is greater than 15GHz, the backlobe begins to split and the sidelobe power increases. The addition of a ridge structure into the horn cavity can increase the bandwidth, reduce the impedance, increase the gain and enhance the directivity of the radiation.This paper designs a double-ridged horn antenna that works in a bandwidth of 8~18GHz. The HFSS simulation verified that the antenna has good electrical and radiation performance.

By now, most of Chinese spelling check corpus are extracted from a condition called CFL (Chinese as Foreign Language), which the errors are made by Chinese language learners when they are writing in an exam. Corpus constructed by this method are often limited by cost, which further limited their size. Those limitations make them hardly be used in spelling check task for publish industry. This paper composes a method to generate large amount of pseudo corpus from Wikipedia.

Based on the analysis of TCP / IP protocol execution and its defects, the random sequence of TCP / IP protocol is negotiated to establish network communication channel. Based on the security policy execution of network layer data link attack behavior, a new execution strategy is proposed. Abstract:
According to the demand of innovative teaching aids for mechanical courses, such as《Mechanical Drawing》, 《Mechanical Principle》 and 《Mechanical Innovation Design》,DLP 3D printing technology is used to design and develop innovative teaching aids and put them into practical teaching. Innovative combination of DLP 3D printing technology and mechanical professional courses teaching, advanced manufacturing technology and vocational education teaching mode, to achieve diversified physical teaching, to conform the development trend of innovative education and expand the application of advanced manufacturing technology.

Abstract:
As the main platform for scientific research institutions to collect and manage achievements, institutional repository has been rapidly established and developed in scientific research institutes in recent years. Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Information Research (hereinafter referred to as "Information Institute") has formed a relatively complete scientific research management system suitable for the units. However, with the passing of years, the completion of projects or the transfer of personnel and other reasons, the historical information materials are scattered, omitted and damaged. In this paper combined with the requirements of electronic and visualization in the scientific research process of the Institute, a small knowledge platform model is established to solve the problems of scientific research project management, research report access and so on.
