    Abstract
  • A smart city is an information city based on information and communication technology. In the construction of a smart city, information and communication technology standard system must be established, and technical standards should be applied to various fields to promote the full development of smart city standardization. This article introduces the technical system architecture of smart cities, analyzes the standard system construction of ICT in smart cities, and proposes specific application scenarios of ICT in smart cities, hoping to help advance the scientific development of smart cities.
