  • The construction of transmission line projects often has the characteristics of large construction scale, multiple units involved, and complicated construction procedures. The existing construction process management mode of power grid transmission line engineering is mostly manual control and periodic reporting layer by layer, especially for the difficulty of refinement of progress rate and lack of informational management methods. Combined with the construction process of the Wudongde supporting delivery project (Guangzhou section), this paper introduces the refinement of construction schedule and visual control technology of construction process. By improving the ability to obtain progress information on the construction site, the paper suggests establishing the entire construction schedule management application from schedule data collection, reporting, and visualization management to provide a practical basis for the refined management of the subsequent construction process of similar projects.
