  • With the expansion of professional master (PM) and the society's demand for high-level talents, the talent training model of universities needs to respond to the development of the new era. In order to meet the requirements of contemporary civil aviation transportation professional personnel training, implement the concept of the Ministry of Education, discuss the improvement of the innovation ability of the civil aviation communication and navigation surveillance (CNS) direction, analyze the current status and existing problems of the training of the CNS direction, and combine the development of civil aviation. The characteristics and the actual situation of the students in the school put forward the innovation ability improvement strategy for the curriculum system, training model, scientific research platform and evaluation system, etc., to provide suggestions for the civil aviation reserve high-level innovative talents.
