  • The high-quality development of civil aviation needs supporting infrastructure and equipment, skilled talent team, optimal allocation of airspace resources, etc., as well as fine management of civil aviation resources, which has reached the optimal use of available resources. In the aspect of fine management of air traffic control system, it is necessary to carry out fine management of sector / control area, controller and equipment resources of control unit. In order to ensure the safety of control operation, each position of control position of air command should be reasonably allocated to achieve the purpose of optimal allocation of control resources.
